Katty Hsu is a senior researcher and a startup facilitator who also helps to run She Leads, an initiative to encourage female entrepreneurship and leadership. As a researcher, she studies innovative young and high-growth companies. As a startup facilitator trains people's entrepreneurship skills and helps them grow their companies. Recently she also helped launch the European Scaleup Institute. Her next challenge is to scale her impact internationally.
