Jan van den Ende is professor of technology and innovation management at the RSM, Erasmus University. He is also professor of horticultural innovation. He is a popular speaker on innovation in the sector and regularly speaks about servitization. Servitization is the transformation of the company: from a product to a service-oriented business model.
