A group of students is diametrically opposed to the employees of the University Council in the debate on proctoring. Some student members are still trying to come to an agreement through negotiations, but are considering filing a lawsuit against the Executive Board (CvB) because of the use of a second camera for online proctored exams. They are now in contact with lawyers for this. A number of staff members on the board completely disagree with any legal process. Part of the student section is also not in favor of legal action.
The RSM at the moment is the only department not using the second camera proctoring.
