With effect from February 2021, Prof. C. Camfferman RA has been appointed as a member of the Board for Annual Reporting.
As a professor of financial accounting (VU University Amsterdam), Kees Camfferman has extensive knowledge and experience with annual reporting, especially from the perspective of users of the annual accounts. Also, partly from the perspective of users of the financial statements, an additional observer was added to the RJ meetings. Mr. Hans Haanappel, associated with Value Insights and the RSM, has been prepared to take up this position of observer.
