The extent to which servitization is used differs per industry. Although servitisation is already widely used in various sectors, we still see healthcare in that area lagging behind.
Master students from the RSM (Erasmus University Rotterdam) investigated the bottlenecks, advantages and success factors of applying servitization for OEMs in healthcare and hospitals. They did this on behalf of the international vendor finance organization DLL and management consultancy Berenschot. Fabian Nullmeier represents Berenschot and Benno Dijkers represents DLL.
