The article discusses the new three-day course named 'Foundations of Strategy' in which participants get help to understand the main strategic tools and skills needed to maintain a competitive advantage, while recognising the impact of strategic decisions which are vital for any function within an organisation. RSM has also announced a new two-day course named Strategic Problem-Solving, aimed to boost participants’ problem-solving skills and their effectiveness in finding solutions to strategic business problems.
