The Rotterdam Thesis Award was won by Evan van der Holst with his thesis 'A Search for a Fertilizer for Social Enterprises'. Van der Holst, who has completed the Master in Management at RSM, discusses in his master's thesis how social entrepreneurs manage their businesses and what these entrepreneurs need from their surrounding ecosystem to be able to scale up.
