The new book ‘Reinventing Business Models: How firms cope with disruption’ co-written by Henk Volberda of RSM has been mentioned in an article. He concluded that it seems logical for a company to think about their business model. Companies with innovation of their business model perform 8 percent better than 'fixed' companies, companies with replication 13 percent, and companies with a dual approach to replication and innovation as much as 18 percent. The book offer useful tools to think about one's business model.
