Henk Volberda, Professor of Strategic Management & Business Policy at RSM, has commented on the question if transparency regarding the gender pay gap in companies will help towards a solution. He believes that transparency will indeed help, and that companies " will adjust their salary and bonus policies and take of this into account in their recruitment policy."
