Cees van Riel, professor of Corporate Communication at RSM, announced the launch of a research project with a team from the Faculty of Commerce and Management at the 'First Corporate-Business-Museum Reputation Conference' at the Centre Pompidou Malaga. Cees van Riel is the co-founder of the Reputation Institute, an organization that leads the world's leading reputation management model, Reptrak Pulse, and which today focuses its research on the reputation of cities in relation to their museums.
