Christina Wessels, RSM PhD graduate who focussed her PhD on Flexible Working Practices and current Researcher at RSM, has commented on an article which states that flexworking seems to be diminishing. She finds that activity-based workplace can be possible, but only if businesses and staff members put effort into creating a new work model.
