Finding a board for an association is not easy, primarily because it demands a lot of time and energy to run one. RSM, LKCA, Sports Knowledge Center, Mulier Institute, NOC * NSF, Rotterdam Sports Support and Scouting Netherlands have investigated how it can be done differently. Their report "Passend besturen" discusses the experiences of fifteen association boards who have found new ways of handling administrative work.
