Risk diversification and internationalisation are focus points for Wouter van den Bosch and his father Jaco for the coming years. The entrepreneurs want to make their business future-proof by not only focusing on the cultivation of paprika, but also algae and blackberries. They also have ambitions to grow on an international scale. "To continue doing business, you have to place a dot on the horizon and work towards it" says Wouter, alumnus of the MSc Strategic Management programme at RSM.
