The Netherlands maintains its fourth place in the Global Competitiveness Index published by the World Economic Forum. The Dutch economy scores particularly well in the area of innovation. RSM professor Henk Volberda, who collected the Dutch data, indicates that our strong base consists of a great infrastructure, a well-functioning government, good macroeconomic policy, healthy government finances and high-quality health care.
