The Netherlands has plunged no fewer than 16 places this year in the ranking of countries where women are equal to men: from the 16th to the 32nd place. The inequality between men and women has increased here, concludes the World Economic Forum. This is confirmed by Henk Volberda of RSM. "Since we have so many highly educated women, you would expect a more equal balance in both politics and economics."
