The Netherlands plummeted from the 16th to 32nd place this year on the Global Gender Gap Index published by the World Economic Forum (WEF). How serious of an issue is this? The data collection was led by Henk Volberda, who is also in charge of the Erasmus Centre for Business Innovation. He comments that "it is not necessarily about where the Netherlands is in the rankings, but the lessons we can learn from it."
