Rutger Kemper is a new author for The Next Web. He studied Business Administration at RSM, followed by a Masters degree in Finance and Investments. During his studies and working career he founded several companies, Leapfunder being one of them. He is currently responsible for the Dutch market on this Online Angel investment platform.
