Dutch businesses have significantly increased their investments in research and development and ICT this year, according to research by the Erasmus Centre for Business Innovation. Investments have declined almost every year since the crisis erupted in 2009. "But companies also see the need to invest more in innovation" says Henk Volberda, who led the research project.
