Ageing is becoming a serious threat to a major labor shortage. Currently, the largest group of people in the working population are older than 50 years - but they will be retired within the next 10 to 15 years. "The fourth industrial revolution has enormous effects on the labor market," says Henk Volberda of RSM. "Through 3D printing and artificial intelligence, jobs are disappearing. There are already factories without people, drones and self-propelled trucks are taking care of transportation more and more. Administrative functions can also be automated. "
