After 208 days of negotiations, the 4 Dutch parties involved in forming the new government unveiled their coalition agreement on 10 October. From 2030 onwards, it requires that all new cars must "zero emission". A recent study by RSM forecasts that the number of electric vehicles in The Hague, Dordrecht and Rotterdam will double within the next two years.
