Bradmer Pharmaceuticals Inc. has announced that it has entered into letter of intent dated 10 October 2017 with First Coin Capital Corp. pursuant to which Bradmer proposes to complete a business combination with First Coin. Frans Tjallingii, alumnus of the RSM MBA programme, is a Co-Founder and the CEO of First Coin. It is expected that he will be appointed to the Bradmer board following the merger.
