Bradmer Pharmaceuticals Inc. has announced that it has entered into letter of intent dated 10 October, 2017 with First Coin Capital Corp., pursuant to which Bradmer proposes to complete a business combination with First Coin. Frans Tjallingii, Co-Founder & CEO of First Coin, is expected to be appointed to the Bradmer board and management team. He holds an MBA from RSM.
