With a seminar in the Peace Palace and the signing of a charter, the new Dutch Academy of Philanthropy (NAP) was formed on 11 September. NAP is an open collaboration between professors and professionals in the field of philanthropy, venturing philanthropy and social venturing and the Social Alliance. The meeting began with a presentation on the roots of Dutch philanthropic culture by Pamala Wiepking of RSM.
