The Netherlands is the most competitive economy of the European Union for the second year in a row according to research by the World Economic Forum (WEF). A good infrastructure and strong innovation force lets the Netherlands outcompete its German neighbour. "Like the previous year, the Netherlands has the best port infrastructure in the world," said Henk Volberda of RSM, who was involved in the research.
