The Netherlands is the most competitive economy of the European Union for the second consecutive year according to research by the World Economic Forum (WEF). "Like last year, the Netherlands has the best port infrastructure in the world," says Henk Volberda, who was involved in the research. "In a densely populated trading country like the Netherlands, a high quality infrastructure is essential to stay competitive."
