The Association for Public Policy Analysis and Management (APPAM) has selected Mallory Flowers as the recipient of the 2017 PhD Dissertation Award for her work examining green certifications behaviour and technology. Flowers completed her dissertation at the Georgia Tech School of Public Policy and has accepted a postdoctoral position at the Department of Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship at RSM.
