In collaboration with the Stichting Topvrouwen Nederland and Career Openers, RSM has researched women at the top of the Dutch labour market and their career decisions. There are significant differences between how men and women make career decisions. Prejudices about this can lead to talented women being less attracted or retained for an organisation. At any given time, does any woman want to work less because of her home situation?
