Korn Ferry announced today that Charles Shao has joined the firm as a Senior Client Partner. He will be based out of the Beijing office. Charles joins the office from Caterpillar Inc., where he worked as Global Head of Learning & Development for Caterpillar Inc. He holds an MBA from RSM.
