Flexible work is an important concept in business. Many vacancies promise flexible working hours where no day is the same. In addition, offices are now arranged so that employees can sit somewhere else every day. Research conducted by Christina Wessels of RSM shows that employees do not perform better and are not happier with their work or become more productive under such working conditions.
