Does the flexibility of "the new way of working" only benefit individual employees, or is it good for the company as a whole? Research by PhD candidate Nick van der Meulen of RSM shows that the best performing companies keep introducing a digital work environment. The companies that score well are often also run by managers who entrust their employees with independent work and managers who learn from their failures.
