The Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam has the world's second best reputation of the eighteen most famous art museums. The museum comes in second place, right under the Louvre in Paris and is followed by the Rijksmuseum at number three. According to Europeans, the Van Gogh Museum has the best reputation, with the Louvre at two and the Rijksmuseum also in third place. Evidence for this was found in a new study released by RSM's Cees van Riel.
