Companies that set up their offices to provide a suitable, flexible workplace for each task should not assume that their employees perform better, become healthier or more driven to do their work. This discovery was made by PhD Candidate Christina Wessels of RSM. She is an advocate of taking the social office experience of employees into account and involving them in the redevelopment.
