The Rotterdam scientific spin-off Valory has developed a new algorithm that allows online retailers to predict the chance of returns happening - even before the customer actually orders. This can save online retailers a lot of money. "This will allow retailers to make their logistics process more intelligent" says former RSM Professor Felix Janszen.
