IBA student Mandy Sun will be opening the mega-restaurant "Eten & Zo" in Zwolle in mid-August. The eatery presents an interesting concept: seating for 500 people spread over two floors and 4,000 sqm, food from around the globe and a vast amount of entertainment forms, such as bowling, glow-in-the-dark golf and pool. The restaurant created by the twenty-year-old, her father and a co-founder will also create 70 new jobs.
