Companies that set up their offices to provide an appropriate, flexible workplace for each task can not assume that their employees perform better, become healthier o more aware of their work. RSM PhD student Christina Wessels has come to this conclusion in her recent study. Taking the employees' social office experience into account and focusing primarily on redevelopment seems to be the best advice for companies who want to leverage on making such changes.
