Dieter Sichelschmidt (65), COO of Access Solutions (AS) DACH segment and Member of the Executive Committee has decided to retire from dormakaba Holding AG. The Board of Directors has designated Alwin Berninger (48) as his successor. Alwin is a graduate of the RSM MBA programme.
