"Behaviour is self-moving, dynamic and time-dependent. It varies not only from person to person, due to differences in personality and environmental factors, but also within the person as a function of a unique flow of experiences. Similarly, one can behave unethically one day, but not the next. For managers, it is important to be aware of the variability of behaviour and the driving forces and consequences of the daily, sometimes very basic, experiences of people." So writes Laura Giurge in this piece for the Holland Management Review.
