If your Academic Director is not able to sign your conversion proposal before the deadline, then hand in a copy of the conversion proposal without the signature and hand in the original once it has been signed. Of course this needs to be done prior to the start of your exchange.

Unfortunately, we do not facilitate credit transfers due to the programme's structure, which heavily incorporates group assignments across courses. Executive MBA students begin their studies at the same time, progress through the curriculum together, and fulfil graduation requirements as a cohesive group. This approach fosters the development of a robust network of peers and lifelong friendships.

RSM Career Centre provides a broad range of services to students, most of them internship and future career related. The Career Centre staff functions as a liaison between students, the corporate world and the various departments of the business school to help determine and facilitate internships and research opportunities. Career Centre can help students clarify their interests and skills, refine interviewing and curriculum vitae preparation skills, pursue internships and research projects and interact with potential employers. Students are encouraged to make use of some or all services, especially in the year preceding their BSc or MSc graduation.

Wanneer je je mastertitel bedrijfskunde in voltijd wil behalen, is dat mogelijk bij de dagopleiding van Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. RSM biedt bachelor- en master-programma's als voltijdopleidingen aan.

Voor een tentamen krijg je twee keer per jaar de mogelijkheid om het vak te halen. Mocht je door omstandigheden een vak niet kunnen herkansen, kun je het jaar erop het tentamen of de opdracht opnieuw maken.

The cohort typically consists of around 80 students per year, divided into two sections. Each section forms working groups comprising 5-6 professionals. Both the sections and working groups are reorganised every module.

Yes, RSM can check your TOEFL, IELTS or Cambridge results online. However, the RSM Admissions Office can only do this if you upload a copy of your score report in your application:

TOEFL scores can be verified online. Therefore you should request the tests center to send your score report to RSM. The institutional code of RSM is 0798 and for Erasmus University 7199 (you can use either). Scores are verifiable for 2 years. If your scores are older than 2 years, please contact the RSM Admissions Office for further advise.

IELTS scores are verified online using the TRF code marked on the score report. Scores are verifiable for 5 years.

Cambridge results taken after 2005 can be verified online.

Note: it is sufficient to upload your score report and follow the instructions mentioned above. It is not needed for TOEFL, IELTS or Cambridge to send us your English certificate by postal mail.

When receiving your offer, the conditions of your offer will be listed in the admissions statement. These conditions must be filled before the 31st of August. If the conditions can not be filled by the August deadline, your offer of admission will be revoked and you will not be able to start your studies at RSM. This is a strict deadline and no exceptions will be made.

Nee, verzoeken moeten worden ingediend via het Online Verzoek Formulier. Verzoeken dienen altijd gemotiveerd te zijn en voorzien van alle relevante stukken (zoals een recente versie van het studievoortgangsoverzicht uit Osiris). N.B. (gewaarmerkte kopieën van) diploma's, cijferlijsten, certificaten e.d. mogen niet digitaal aangeleverd worden maar dienen in originele vorm getoond te worden aan de Examencommissie. De Examencommissie is schriftelijk of per e-mail te benaderen. De Examencommissie staat studenten doorgaans niet persoonlijk te woord en geeft geen mondelinge uitleg over haar beslissingen. (Korte) vragen kunnen worden gesteld via de e-mail, ec@rsm.nl. Een officieel verzoek kan via het Online Verzoek Formulier worden ingediend. Soms kan een verzoek wel aanleiding zijn voor de Examencommissie om een student uit te nodigen voor een mondelinge toelichting. 

De Examencommissie kan op verzoek van de student in bepaalde gevallen een extra tentamenkans verlenen. Zie Verzoeken voor meer informatie. 

De Examencommissie streeft ernaar binnen 4 weken een besluit te nemen op een ingediend verzoek. In geval van verzoeken waarbij meerdere personen betrokken zijn bij het besluitvormingsproces of in de drukke maand augustus kan het echter langer dan 4 weken duren. Wij vragen hiervoor je begrip. Het is van belang een verzoek altijd tijdig in te dienen.

Ja, je zult een ontvangstbevestiging ontvangen per e-mail. 

Een fout cijfer kan alleen worden gecorrigeerd door de examinator van het vak.

De Examencommissie kan op verzoek van een student onder bepaalde voorwaarden een vrijstelling voor een vak van de bacheloropleiding verlenen. Een verzoek tot vrijstelling dient zo spoedig mogelijk na de start van het studiejaar maar uiterlijk vóór 15 oktober ingediend te worden. Binnen de premasteropleiding en de masteropleidingen worden geen vrijstellingen verleend. Zie Verzoeken voor meer informatie.

Als je het niet eens bent met de beslissing van de Examencommissie, kun je hiertegen binnen 6 weken beroep aantekenen bij het College van Beroep voor Examens (CBE). Zie Rechtsbescherming voor meer informatie over bezwaar en beroep.

Nee, de voorlopige (deel)resultaten en de officiële definitieve resultaten worden in Osiris geplaatst door de docent.

De geldigheidsduur van behaalde resultaten is geregeld in artikel 4.2 (bacheloropleiding) en 5.2 (masteropleiding) van de ‘Onderwijs- en Examenregeling (OER)'. De examenreglementen (OER en R&R) kun je hier vinden. 

After the bachelor programme, students are well equipped to start their first job, but many students prefer to continue first with a specialized master programmes to gain qualifications that might help them in a more focused area within business. Still, a small number of students start their careers right after the bachelor. 

The larger multinational firms prefer to hire graduates with a Master degree, sometimes hiring students before they graduate, based on the relationships they have developed during internships and other networking experiences. Once you graduate from the IBA programme you can continue with your studies by enrolling in a Master’s programme at RSM or another business school, or you can take the first steps in your international career.

RSM has its own dedicated Career Centre which serves current students, and continues to support graduates as they begin their careers.

The number of spots for the Bachelor programme in International Business Administration (IBA) for the entry year 2022 is set at 750.
