Extensive professional experience in finance and strategy consulting in big-4 and industries including TMT, consumer goods and manufacturing. Currently transitioned to a financial role in the energy market in the Netherlands.

Experienced banking professional with a background in Asset & Liability Management (ALM), Funding Strategy, and Debt Capital Markets, including sustainability-related transactions.

Camila worked for over 8 years at Santander-Chile, a subsidiary of the Spanish Santander Group and the largest retail bank in Chile, where she directed a high-performance team as Head of Funding. 

During her Full-time MBA at RSM, Camila co-led the Sustainability Club (former Net Impact) and participated in a project founded by RSM Full-time MBA students and supported with a grant from the Hummingbird Fund. After finishing her MBA, she joined FiSer Consulting as a Senior Banking Consultant.

Camila is a team builder through collaboration and humility, and she is intrinsically motivated to guide the financial sector in contributing to sustainable development.

Ginelle is a Philanthropy Advisor at ABN AMRO MeesPierson. She advises private banking clients who want to contribute to a better world and have more impactful and effective results with their charitable giving. 

Ginelle previously worked as a philanthropic advisor in the United States, where she advised independent foundations and multi-generational family foundations with assets up to $100 million on their charitable giving and engaging the next-generation of philanthropists
