Hike to Seealpsee, starting at Parkplatz Ebenalpbahn, Wasserauen. 

Take the cable car up to Wildkirchli and hike from there 5km down to Seealpsee. Followed by lunch at the lake and an optional Swim. Then hike 4km back to Wasserauen. Lazy option: go straight to Seealpsee without the cable car. Crazy option: hike up to Wildkirchli which adds a 1 hour-long steep hike. 

Consider wearing shoes with profile and active wear. Bring sunscreen, backpack with lunch swimsuit and backup rain jacket. 

Getting there: 60min drive from Zurich. Via SBB 2 hours by train Wasserauen (via Gossau SG).

Time: Hike begins at 11.00, day ends around 17.00
