Job description
As a Client Engagement Officer for our portfolio of short and focused Open Programmes, you will play a key role in supporting the achievement of enrolment targets and ensuring an optimal registration process for participants. You will act as the first point of contact for prospective clients, responding to enquiries and managing the entire lead qualification and follow-up process. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate programme information and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Specifically, this means:
- Supporting the achievement of enrolment targets by handling lead follow-ups and qualification.
- Managing incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails to prospective clients.
- Ensuring accurate data management in the CRM system and optimising outreach strategies.
- Overseeing the customer registration journey, including invoicing, registration, and troubleshooting.
- Monitoring and maintaining up-to-date programme information on the website.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of client relations processes and CRM functionalities.
- Collaborating with the Sales Manager and Marketing team to enhance customer experience and increase programme participation.
Job requirements
To be successful in this position, you will need to have the following knowledge, expertise or skills.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in a sales or client-facing role, preferably within an educational or professional services environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with an eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and process efficiency.
