By participating in an international staff week placement, you can choose from 60 different European partner institutions, and can collaborate with colleagues there on a specific topic, exchange best practices and build valuable professional connections.
This is your time to engage in joint research initiatives, attend workshops or even develop potential co-publications. You could even enhance your language skills through training sessions designed to enrich your international experience.

Most of the expenses for your staff mobility project are covered by the Erasmus+ grant, which enables you to focus on enhancing your professional skills.

My Erasmus staff exchange to Rotterdam School of Management was an amazing experience. The International Relations Office gave me such a warm and friendly welcome, while showing me the Erasmus University Campus. She really went out of her way to make me feel welcomed and appreciated, which made the whole week even more enjoyable.
